Description

This Lemon Ricotta Pasta features creamy ricotta balanced with bright lemon, creating a light yet flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
