Description

A succulent pork loin glazed with a sweet and savory maple mixture, perfect for festive occasions or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 pounds boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the glaze: In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Prepare the pork: Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and coat it with the glaze using a basting brush.
  4. Roast the pork: Cook for 25-30 minutes per pound, until a meat thermometer reads 145°F (63°C) at the thickest part.
  5. Baste halfway through cooking with pan juices.
  6. Rest the pork for 10-15 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
  7. Serve and enjoy, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Make the glaze a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Consider cooking in an air fryer for quicker results.
