- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the glaze: In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Prepare the pork: Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and coat it with the glaze using a basting brush.
