- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
- Tzatziki sauce
- Tomato slices

Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties approximately one inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the shaped turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
- Serve the grilled patties on buns with tzatziki sauce, tomato slices, lettuce, and onion.
Notes
