Description

Juicy turkey burgers infused with Mediterranean flavors, topped with tzatziki and fresh veggies for a delightful twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buns for serving
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Tomato slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Onion slices

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties approximately one inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the shaped turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  6. Serve the grilled patties on buns with tzatziki sauce, tomato slices, lettuce, and onion.

Notes

Make the turkey mixture a day in advance for richer flavors. Experiment with different toppings and sauces.
