- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions
- Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring to a vigorous boil, then remove from heat and cover. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool down: Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold running water.
- Peel with care: Gently tap and roll each egg to crack the shell. Peel under cold running water.
- Transfer the yolk: Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mix the filling: Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites: Use a piping bag or Ziploc bag to fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.
- Create chick features: Attach carrot pieces for beaks and black olives for eyes.
- Sprinkle with paprika: Add a sprinkle of paprika for visual appeal.
- Garnish and serve: Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
