Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake balls with creamy filling and crunchy chocolate cookie bits, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
  • 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fold in most of the crushed cookies.
  5. Shape the mixture into 1 tablespoon balls.
  6. Chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a lined tray.
  9. Final chill for another 10 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

These cheesecake balls can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for a month.
