A luxurious no-bake dessert featuring creamy peanut butter mousse layered with rich chocolate ganache and a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (or melted chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of your pie dish.
- Whip the cream: Use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare the mousse: Combine creamy peanut butter with vanilla extract in a bowl. Fold in one-third of the whipped cream, then gradually fold in the remaining whipped cream.
- Layer the mousse: Scoop half of the mousse over the crust and drizzle half of the chocolate ganache.
- Repeat the layers: Add the remaining mousse on top and drizzle with the rest of the ganache.
- Chill: Place in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Serve: Slice or spoon the dessert into bowls and enjoy.
Notes
This mousse can be made the night before for better flavor. Customize with crushed pretzels or chopped nuts on top.
