- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- Whipped cream for topping
- Additional banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans to form a solid crust.
- Whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix in another bowl.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold half into the pudding mixture gently.
- Layer the sliced bananas on top of each crust, then spoon the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Top each pie with the remaining whipped cream, creating fluffy peaks.
- Chill the mini pies in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
- Garnish with additional banana slices before serving.
