Description

Delightful mini pies featuring a graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Additional banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans to form a solid crust.
  2. Whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix in another bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold half into the pudding mixture gently.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas on top of each crust, then spoon the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  5. Top each pie with the remaining whipped cream, creating fluffy peaks.
  6. Chill the mini pies in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Garnish with additional banana slices before serving.

Notes
