Instructions

- Mix the sweetness: In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; stir until well blended.
- Combine with care: Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
- Add the goodies: Stir in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
- Transfer and freeze: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, smoothing it out. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
