Description

Deliciously chewy cookies filled with Nutella and mini marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the softened butter and Nutella in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, blending for about 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding each, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding gently until just mixed.
  7. Add marshmallows to the dough, ensuring even distribution.
  8. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  10. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, use softened butter and avoid overmixing the dough to prevent tough cookies.
