- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the softened butter and Nutella in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, blending for about 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well before adding each, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding gently until just mixed.
- Add marshmallows to the dough, ensuring even distribution.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use softened butter and avoid overmixing the dough to prevent tough cookies.
