Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 12 chiles, diced (adjust for heat preference)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the octopus by boiling it in salted water for about 30-40 minutes until it becomes tender.
  2. Remove the octopus and allow it to cool until you can handle it comfortably.
  3. Chop the cooled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the chopped octopus, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, and diced chiles in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.
