Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, black olives, and pepperoncini peppers to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  3. Drizzle the dressing generously over the salad and toss gently to coat.
