Instructions
- Slice and soak: Peel and slice onions into rings, about ¼ inch thick. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the coatings: Set up three bowls—one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the rings: Pat dry the soaked onion rings and dip into flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
