- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Beat the softened butter on medium-high speed until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Switch to high speed and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies with a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Use the frosting immediately to top your cakes or cupcakes, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later.
