Description

Delight in these crispy, savory oven-baked zucchini chips, infused with Parmesan cheese and garlic, perfect for a guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Lay the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the zucchini slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours or until crispy.
