- 1 cup sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- For the Cinnamon Crumble:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan generously.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a medium bowl: mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in diced peaches.
- Fill the donut molds with batter, filling each about halfway.
- Make the crumble by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the filled donut batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the donuts slightly in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
