Description

Delicious donuts infused with fresh peaches and topped with a crunchy cinnamon crumble, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • For the Cinnamon Crumble:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan generously.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a medium bowl: mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in diced peaches.
  5. Fill the donut molds with batter, filling each about halfway.
  6. Make the crumble by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble over the filled donut batter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool the donuts slightly in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

Serve warm with a drizzle of glaze or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.
