Description

A delightful appetizer featuring fresh peaches and strawberries on toasted baguette with goat cheese and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

  • Baguette or Crusty Bread
  • Fresh Peaches, Diced
  • Fresh Strawberries, Diced
  • Goat Cheese
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix diced peaches and strawberries with balsamic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread goat cheese on each toasted bread slice.
  8. Top with the fruity mixture.
  9. Garnish with basil leaves.
