- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 2 cups Fresh Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto Sauce
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add slices of mozzarella cheese on top during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and top with diced tomatoes and basil pesto sauce.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
Make the pesto and tomatoes a day in advance for deeper flavors. Alternatives include baking or air frying the chicken.
