- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 24 ladyfingers
- Additional crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare each ladyfinger by briefly dipping it into the cooled espresso.
- Create a single layer of dipped ladyfingers in a rectangular dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed pistachios over the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the process with more layers of ladyfingers, mascarpone, and crushed pistachios.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and garnish with additional crushed pistachios.
Notes
For best flavor, prepare the dessert a day in advance. Use cold tools for whipping cream to achieve fluffiness.
