- 2 packs Ramen Noodles
- 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 4 Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let them cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, drained mandarin oranges, and chopped green onions, mixing until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cooled ramen noodles and the prepared dressing to the vegetable mixture. Gently toss it together until every noodle and veggie is coated.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
Notes
Make-ahead for enhanced flavor; add sunflower seeds right before serving to maintain crunch.
