Description

A vibrant and refreshing salad combining ramen noodles with crunchy vegetables and a tangy dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen Noodles
  • 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let them cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, drained mandarin oranges, and chopped green onions, mixing until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the cooled ramen noodles and the prepared dressing to the vegetable mixture. Gently toss it together until every noodle and veggie is coated.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.

Notes

Make-ahead for enhanced flavor; add sunflower seeds right before serving to maintain crunch.
