Description

A no-bake dessert that layers fresh raspberries and rich chocolate with creamy mascarpone in a delightful lasagna format.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or additional raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Layer the noodles: In your prepared dish, layer with lasagna noodles to cover the base.
  4. Add mascarpone mixture: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the noodles.
  5. Layer the raspberries: Scatter half of the raspberries over the mascarpone layer.
  6. Repeat the layers: Add another layer of noodles followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and top with the last of the raspberries.
  7. Chill to perfection: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish and serve: Before serving, top with chocolate shavings and additional raspberries.
