- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings or additional raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Layer the noodles: In your prepared dish, layer with lasagna noodles to cover the base.
- Add mascarpone mixture: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the noodles.
- Layer the raspberries: Scatter half of the raspberries over the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers: Add another layer of noodles followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and top with the last of the raspberries.
- Chill to perfection: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and serve: Before serving, top with chocolate shavings and additional raspberries.
