Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Fresh Fruit: Gently fold in raspberries and lemon juice, preserving raspberry shape.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture gently.
