- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Cream the softened butter with the eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Gradually pour in the buttermilk, whisking until combined.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients using a rubber spatula.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
