Description

Soft and chewy red velvet cookies dusted with powdered sugar, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • Powdered Sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Form balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
  5. Place the rolled dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

You can prepare the dough in advance and store it for up to 48 hours. An air fryer works well for these cookies too.
