- 1 package Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- Powdered Sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Form balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the rolled dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
You can prepare the dough in advance and store it for up to 48 hours. An air fryer works well for these cookies too.
