- Form balls: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, take portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Coat the balls: Roll each ball in rye bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat the oil: Pour oil into your deep fryer or skillet, ensuring it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry until golden: Gently place the Reuben Balls into the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
