Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears (Bartlett or Bosc)
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cut the pears in half and carefully remove the cores.
