Instructions
- Preheat the skillet: Set your non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil, allowing it to heat up until it shimmers.
- Season the salmon: While the oil heats, sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and finish cooking: Gently flip the fillets; cook for another 3-4 minutes until they flake easily with a fork.
- Drizzle with hot honey: In the last minute of cooking, drizzle the hot honey over the salmon.
