Description

A delightful dish featuring grilled salmon topped with a vibrant mango salsa that combines rich, buttery fish with sweet and zesty flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
