Description

Delightful scoopable matcha cookies featuring a creamy almond butter base, sweet maple syrup, and rich white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool cookies on a wire rack.

Notes

Chill dough for 30 minutes if too sticky. Substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
