Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes if too sticky. Substitute almond butter with sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
