Description

A delightful combination of creamy avocado and smoky salmon wrapped in nori, perfect for a delicious appetizer or light meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce for dipping (optional)
  • Nori sheets (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados to a creamy consistency, then mix in the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  2. Lay one nori sheet on a flat surface or rolling mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture on the nori sheet.
  4. Layer thin slices of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
  5. Tightly roll the nori away from you, pressing gently to keep the roll compact.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. Serve immediately with soy sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a couple of hours before serving.
