Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Soy sauce for dipping (optional)
- Nori sheets (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the avocados to a creamy consistency, then mix in the lime juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Lay one nori sheet on a flat surface or rolling mat.
- Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture on the nori sheet.
- Layer thin slices of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
- Tightly roll the nori away from you, pressing gently to keep the roll compact.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
- Serve immediately with soy sauce for dipping, if desired.
Notes
These rolls can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a couple of hours before serving.
