Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the pistachio pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
