Description

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Brown the Butter: In a small saucepan, melt your salted butter over medium heat until browned.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cooled brown butter, sugar, sourdough starter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the Dough: Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Incorporate the Treats: Gently fold in chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallows.
  6. Chill the Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  7. Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed.
  9. Shape Your Cookies: Drop the parchment after baking to flatten slightly.
