- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Brown the Butter: In a small saucepan, melt your salted butter over medium heat until browned.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cooled brown butter, sugar, sourdough starter, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the Dough: Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Incorporate the Treats: Gently fold in chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallows.
- Chill the Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed.
