Description

Delicious spicy dumplings filled with a savory mix of pork, shrimp, and crunchy water chestnuts, perfect for snacking or as an elegant starter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 12 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers

Instructions

  1. Combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well-blended.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Arrange dumplings in a steamer, ensuring space between each.
  6. Steam for 15-20 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce for dipping.
