Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1/2 lb Shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1–2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
Instructions
- Combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until well-blended.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange dumplings in a steamer, ensuring space between each.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce for dipping.
