- 1 Sirloin or Fillet Steak
- 2 Large Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- Fresh Broccoli Florets and Carrots, sliced into batons
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Mash drained potatoes with milk and butter until creamy and season to taste.
- Prepare the broccoli and carrot batons by tossing them in olive oil and salt, then roasting at 400°F for 15 minutes or steaming until tender-crisp.
- Grill the seasoned steak in a hot grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Prepare a dressing by mixing parsley, garlic, and olive oil; drizzle over steak and vegetables before serving.
