Description

A classic dish featuring a perfectly seared steak, creamy mashed potatoes, and vibrant broccoli. A comfort meal to delight the senses!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Sirloin or Fillet Steak
  • 2 Large Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
  • Fresh Broccoli Florets and Carrots, sliced into batons
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Mash drained potatoes with milk and butter until creamy and season to taste.
  3. Prepare the broccoli and carrot batons by tossing them in olive oil and salt, then roasting at 400°F for 15 minutes or steaming until tender-crisp.
  4. Grill the seasoned steak in a hot grill or skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  5. Prepare a dressing by mixing parsley, garlic, and olive oil; drizzle over steak and vegetables before serving.

Notes

Customize with your favorite herbs and spices. Let the steak rest before slicing to retain juices.
