Ingredients

- 1 lb Grilled Steak (Flank or Sirloin)
- 4 cups Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Roasted Cashews
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Grill the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Rest the steak for a few minutes after grilling.
- Prepare the cabbage and cucumber by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the sliced cabbage and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin slices.
- Assemble the salad with sliced steak on top of the vegetables.
- Dress the salad with homemade Asian dressing.
- Garnish with roasted cashews and serve immediately.
Notes
Marinating the steak overnight enhances the flavor. Keep the dressing separate if storing leftovers.
