Description

Indulge in a no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake with a rich chocolate cookie crust. This dessert perfectly marries creamy filling with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 80 g Butter (melted)
  • 300 g Cream Cheese
  • 200 g Whipped Cream
  • 80 g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Packet Stabilizer for Whipped Cream
  • 250 g Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Crust: Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of your springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Create the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake: Spoon the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing it out. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours to set.
  4. Decorate: Once set, remove from the springform pan, top with sliced strawberries, and optionally drizzle with chocolate sauce.
