- 300 g Cream Cheese
- 200 g Whipped Cream
- 80 g Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Packet Stabilizer for Whipped Cream
- 250 g Strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Crust: Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of your springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Create the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Spoon the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing it out. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours to set.
- Decorate: Once set, remove from the springform pan, top with sliced strawberries, and optionally drizzle with chocolate sauce.
