Description

A vibrant salad featuring sweet peaches, mixed greens, crunchy nuts, and creamy feta for a refreshing summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
