Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
- Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Prepare the pecan topping by mixing chopped pecans, flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
