Description

A refreshing Tomato Salad featuring ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, creamy mozzarella, and a tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil, torn
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Red Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  1. Chop the Fresh Tomatoes and Red Onions and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Tear the Basil Leaves and add them to the bowl.
  3. Cut the Mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and add it to the mix.
  4. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
  5. Toss the salad gently to ensure all ingredients are coated.
