- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Combine the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a deep baking dish.
- Layer three cooked noodles over the sauce, then half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shredded turkey, and half of the chopped spinach. Top with some mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles topped with marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Allow the lasagna to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
