- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips bacon
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar or American)

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Scramble eggs in the bacon grease, adding salt and pepper, until fluffy.
- Butter one side of a slice of sourdough bread and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the bread in the skillet.
- Add another slice of buttered bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until browned and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, sliced in half for gooey goodness.
