Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate the beef mixture over warm, cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the beef mixture in advance and storing it for up to three days. You can also customize with vegetables and different toppings.
