Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the mozzarella: Slice or tear into bite-sized pieces if using fresh, or measure out shredded cheese.
- Mix in a bowl with any optional seasonings you desire.
- Layer the Doritos on the baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
- Add the mozzarella over the Doritos, ensuring coverage.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until melted and golden.
- Cool briefly before serving warm.
Notes
For added heat, include jalapeños or spicy seasonings. Can prepare cheese mixture in advance for easy assembly later.
